That’s why we created StartLine, our Extended Recruitment Process. It’s a two-week immersive experience where candidates can understand what we do, how we work, and whether this journey feels like the right fit.

StartLine – Quick Overview

What: Extended Recruitment Process
Where: Remote or on-site
When: Anytime during the year (we’ll email you!)
Duration: 1–2 weeks
Who: People starting out in software development, UI/UX, or testing (graduates from academies like SoyHenry, MindHub, etc.)
Age: 18+

How it works:

PIL: The Labor Insertion Program 👩🏻‍💻

Not ready to start working just yet? No worries. We’ve got another launchpad for you. Since 2020, Darwoft has been part of the Knowledge Economy Promotional Regime and supports the Cordobese Labor Insertion Program (PIL).

This initiative focuses on training people for careers in Software Development, Testing, and IT-related roles.

What is PIL?

A 12-month paid internship that starts with training and ends with real project experience.

PIL – Quick Overview

What: Training to become a Full Stack Developer (React, Node, Python) or QA Tester
Where: Remote or on-site
When: Start date: August 1st
Duration: 12 months
Structure:
- 6 months of study (250 hrs total, guided by tutors)
- 6 months working 20 hrs/week on real projects

Eligibility:

Age: 18+
Location: Córdoba or have an official address there
Education: High school diploma
Skills: Basic digital skills + good English level

Who can’t apply?

Those with a formal job, retirees, or current paid interns/scholarship holders.

June 27 – July 22: Send resume to convocatoria@darwoft.com
July 23 – July 27: Darwoft screens profiles and forwards suitable ones to the Government of Córdoba
Late July: Interviews begin
